Proof of Concept (POC) for Dynamics 365 Business Central

In Proof Of Concept (POC) we study, at high level, the processes that are critical to the operation of the company.  We build a prototype and demonstrate to the customer how it works.  The users can see for themselves how the their process works in the Dynamics 365 Business Central.  

This gives the customer advance visibility of what to expect and whether the system will fulfill his need or not or whether any customizations are required to fulfil the requirements, which will require additional time an budget.  This will give the customer the realistic picture about the time and budget required in advance, there by avoiding any surprises later.

The exercise will give the users a trailer of what to expect in the real project.  The things they forgot to tell the consultant during requirement gathering.  Any processes changes that required internal brainstorming and decision making.  This will give the team opportunity to prepare for the real project.  This will give the company an opportunity to correct themselves before making  large investment in the project.
