ERP Functional Requirement Document Review

In small and medium businesses, in most cases, the Functional Requirement and Design Documents (FRDD) prepared during ERP Implementation are signed without fully reading and understanding them, because the key users /process owners are busy with their day-to-day work and do not have time to read a large document and understand it. They rely on oral assurances of the consultant that everything is taken care of.

 They only realize the problem after go-live. On complaining, the vendor points to the FRDD signed by the client. And there is nothing you can do except spend more money and time to get it fixed.

This happens because small organizations cannot afford an applications department or application manager.

Wc help organizations review their FRDD documents and validate it to ensure that all the key requirements have been captured and they are aligned with the business requirement.   This will bring to light any gaps in the document that would have surfaced after go live.  If not caught early, it will cost much more time and money to fix it at a later stage.
